Announcing the 2017 Competition Schedule

The 2017 Go Code Colorado dates have been set--mark your calendars! Secretary of the State Wayne Williams is looking forward to another exciting year.Mark your calendars. The dates for the 2017 Go Code Colorado are set.

As always, the competition launches with our kickoff event. It’s the first reveal for the challenge statement and we’ll have content from our partners and mentors that will set you up for success in the competition. And as with all of our events, it’s a great community experience where you can make new connections.

For challenge weekend, we’ll be back in the same five cities: Colorado Springs, Denver, Durango, Fort Collins, and Grand Junction. Going into our fourth challenge, we are thrilled to see competitors return year after year, but just as excited to welcome new participants. We’ve built great momentum behind using public data to serve Colorado’s businesses.

The challenge will be here before you know it, so mark your calendar now and join us on these important dates:

February 1 Kickoff Event

April 7–9 Challenge Weekend

April 21–23 Mentor Weekend

May 24 Final Competition

We’ll keep in touch between now and February as we gear up for a stellar 2017 Go Code Colorado competition. As always, we appreciate your support of the open data movement in Colorado!
