Colorado. It’s in our name. It’s in our mission. Go Code Colorado is the first (and we think only) program of its kind not because we just felt like it. Our focus is state-wide because it’s funded by businesses from across the state, so we return value to businesses across the state.
And this year at our kick off event, we want to highlight our amazing community builders from around Colorado. They’re the people who see the value of using Go Code Colorado as a galvanizing opportunity, something that can bring their tech entrepreneurship communities together around a fun and exciting cause: using public data to deliver business value.

Colorado Community Builders
Colorado Springs: Michelle Parvinrouh – Executive Director, Peak Startup. Parvinrouh utilizes her unique combination of engaging people skills, resourcefulness, and focus to build communities around innovation. Her passion is in facilitating betterment in people, in society, and in life.
Denver: John Wilker – Founder of Ignite Denver and 360 Conferences. Wilker has been very active in the Denver Startup community. He has helped organize Denver Startup Week and continues to be involved in the developer community. Wilker also co-founded a coworking space called Uncubed and help launch and run the non-profit Denwhere?.
Durango: Jim Mackay – President at Impyrium. Jim began his career as a software developer, eventually becoming CTO of a public company. He migrated to marketing and business development for enterprise software companies before spending the last 10+ years working with startups of all stripes. He co-founded SCAPE, a startup accelerator in Southwest Colorado, and is the founder of Durango Tech.
Fort Collins: Aari Lotfipour – CEO & Founder, Jalapeno Inventive and Co-Director of Code For Fort Collins. Lotfipour has computer science training from the University of North Texas and spent 11 years in the radio, chemical, and nuclear medicine industries as a Cyclotron and Customer Service Engineer, primarily with Siemens Healthcare. He pairs persistence with an entrepreneurial spirit and surrounds himself with the talent and enthusiasm required to bring to life the Jalapeno Inventive vision for the future of digital advertising.
Grand Junction: Josh Hudnall – CEO & Founder, fastPXL and Co-Founder of LAUNCH West Co. Hudnall has always seen things just a little bit differently than the rest. Chasing the dream of independence and success, he formed his first business at 20. Today Josh is the co-founder and CEO of fastPXL inc. a premiere mobile app development company.
